2. Confirmation

We check your email design brief, brand assets, and get back to you for clarifications. After review, you will get confirmation with final technical assignment and deadline.

3. Pay

We will prepare an invoice and confirm your payment. Our team will start to prepare your template.

4. Design process

We develop your responsive email template based on the email marketing platform of your choice. All of the elements will be editable within the custom builder of your ESP.

5. Delivery

Finally, we deliver your email template and you could edit it with the drag-n-drop interface from your chosen platform. Also, you could get your email template as pure HTML so you can import it to any ESP.

    Yes, all the templates will be fully responsive on all the devices and email clients which support it. We test every template design to be sure it follows industry standards. Your templates will be correctly displayed in most common email clients.

    There are two ways we can deliver the template:

    • we can import it directly to your chosen email marketing platform like Mailchimp or MailerLite (note: we will need access to your account)
    • send as a ZIP- and HTML-file to your email address so that you can add it yourself at your ESP.

    The invoice, formed and sent to your email address, can be paid with any method convenient for you: PayPal or a debit Visa/Master Card. You can also pay the invoice via bank transfer. — please, specify the preferred payment method in the brief field

    Please, contact us at [email protected] with explanations what exactly you do not like about the template or what we should fix. We are open to a constructive dialogue and ready to make all the necessary changes to your template to make you completely satisfied.

    Your template will be created in accordance to the terms we discuss after you place a request in the order form. Normally it should take between 4-6 days depending on the design elements and customisations. The terms start at the payment date.

    No problem. Just insert the link to your website in the Design brief field, and we will create a template and all the basic blocks in accordance to your website style.

    Here, you should share all the information which can help us understand the client’s needs better, and create a maximum close to your expectations template. For example, what elements, blocks we should add, what fonts to use, your website address, and where we can find the appropriate color pallette.
